Hugo Aguilar oversees the operations of the Radiant Professionals Alliance and aims to increase awareness of the benefits of using radian technology. Hugo is the Senior Vice President of Codes and Standards for IAPMO, where he also oversees the development of codes and standards development including technical documents and publications. Hugo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a license Professional Engineer in the State of California. Hugo is currently on the ANSI Board of Standards Review (BSR), on the Board of SES (The Society for Standards Professionals), and the Standards Development Organization Advisory Committee (SDOAC) for the Standards Council of Canada. Hugo is on various technical committees including ASHRAE 62.1, ASHRAE 62.2, ASHRAE 15, ASHRAE 15.2, NFPA 54, and various others. 

John A. Mullen is the director of Technical Services and Research for IAPMO, where he monitors and conducts innovation projects, supports the development of engineering applications, and provides technical expertise and guidance for the Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes. He is also technical liaison for the Radiant Professionals Alliance. John is a fourth-generation plumber and a plumbing and mechanical subject matter expert with nearly 20 years of diverse leadership experience in the construction industry. He is a published author and technical columnist for industry publications and periodicals, and a passionate volunteer and adviser for various professional committees and membership organizations.

Tricia Megee, IAPMO’s vice president of Membership, is responsible for maintaining the association’s growing membership base and ensuring these individuals and organizations are receiving all the benefits of their membership. While she has spent most of her 32 years with IAPMO in the Membership department, she also has worked as an assistant to former CEO GP Russ Chaney and in IAPMO R&T.

Cathy Burks is a membership client support coordinator for IAPMO. She works with members to help them maximize benefits and assists chapter leaders in coordinating their periodic chapter meeting announcements. Cathy has been with IAPMO since 1997 and has worked in numerous departments including R&T, Human Resources and Business Development. She enjoys learning about IAPMO’s different business units and applying that knowledge in her current position.
