Education Offerings

RPA is dedicated to the advancment of members who work with radiant and hydronic heating and cooling technologies; no matter the role or in what capacity.   This is one reason the RPA has become an accredited provider of IACET and AIA to issue Continuing Education Units (CEUs), Learning Units (LUs), and Professional Development Hours (PDHs).  CEUs, LUs, and PDHs can be accrued and recognized as forms of achievement  for many purposes.

Because the knowledge, skills, and abilities expected of our members continue to expand at an increasing rate, the RPA has a collection of educational opportunities designed to enhance technical expertise, increase productivity, and provide career-focused training and professional development.

Invest in yourself and your future by attending a live seminar, working through an online course at your own pace, or doing something in-between such as participating in a live webinar by clicking a link below.

     Continuing Education

IAPMO is an approved provider of Continuing Education in numerous jurisdictions, municipalities, and states.

AIA IAPMO is a Registered Provider with the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems.

AECET IAPMO has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102.

Continuing Education Units are calculated as follows:

*Total minutes for activity ÷ 60 minutes = Total hours for activity
Total hours ÷ 10 hours = Total Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
An example for a 2 hour course is calculated below:
    *120 minutes ÷ 60 minutes = 2 hours
    2 hours ÷ 10 hours = .2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 2 hours
*These are actual learning minutes which do not include breaks.
